I have placed an order for Cureveda Sparkle from their website https://www.cureveda.com/. My order id is CV167986. Thy shipped the order through ekartlogistics but order is not delivered even after 1 week of reaching the hub. Ekartlogistics dont have a working customer care number or even an email. I tried to contact Cureveda through their email [protected]@cureveda.com and nobody responded even after4 days. I tried their contact number +91-[protected], there also no one is responding, it just says "all our executives are busy and will call you back", and there is no callback.
