Curlindia.com — disappeared after taking money

I placed an order at curlindia (Curlindia.com) using their chat/email option and transferred money to them about two weeks ago. Haven't heard from them since then. They just disappeared and won't reply to emails or chat messages.

I transferred the money to a sovindra singh, and the person who communicated with me on email was using the name of aniket gupta. They have just disappeared after taking the money. I suspect this entire thing is a fraud operation.

I have to go to the cyber cell and court now to proceed against them.

Updated by zen99 Curl India is a really bad company and such fraudulent companies should not be allowed to operate in our country. If you have been defrauded by them then please do take action against them. They are also experts at posting fake reviews online, specially at places where users post complaints against them. Which means they can see the complaints and despite seeing them go ahead and post fake reviews there.

Did you do any complaint against them? Even I am a victim from this site. I have transferred the money into their account after that their website is down and the email was getting failed.
