I received a call from curve muse complaint care department and they offered refund for the wrong order delivered. However, they are providing some coupon code for the refund which can be redeem in any UPI gateway. I asked refund directly to my bank through NEFT or UPI transfer using my contact number but they refused and disconnect the call abruptly. Was this information helpful? |
