Custom deals.in — Wrong phone delivered

I ordered a phone and paid Rs. 7000/- but I received faulty phone than they replaced the phone with upgraded model and again I paid Rs. 1000/- plus Rs. 200/- courier charges but again I received wrong product as ordered. Now the company refused to change the phone or refund the amount. This is totally fraud on their part and they are enjoying with our hard earned money. When I told them that I will file FIR against them they said do what ever you want. Thanks, Sudhir Vashishth
