Hey guys, i have given interview in this fraud company, the way these people take interview is itself a torture. A candidate who is going for the interview they dont even talk well with them. During the written test they will take half of their work done by you and if you will not be able to complete it within specified time a man (Santosh) will come to you and bark like a dog for completing that as soon as possible. After that when they take your technical interview this would be like a rain of questions and not even give u time for answering, that is a mental torture. When they call you on another day, both written as well as technical rounds are conducted again by saying that you have not done it correctly last time and In written test this time again the same thing happens (they give you another case study and try to complete their work by you) and finally the HR (Sucheta) the biggest will take you to the Sunil Sanap the CEO of the company. This man is extremely horrible to handle. Sanap will show attitude in front of you. He will try to put you down and down by asking only questions and not listening to your answers. In fact the answers you give to him for every question, he will say this is all waste please say something that is to the point. Finally when he ends up with the questions he will show kindness on you by saying that "i know your are a good person, belong from a good family, studied from a good college to mene socha bachha ache se sikh lega career m aage grow karega to main tumhe job offer kr rha hu" his language is seriously a road side people language that doesnt suits to a "CEO". by showing kindness on you he will try to convence you to join the company. Also he will tell you that my company is good and CMM level three you will learn lot here (this is all his strategy to convence you nothing else). "PLEASE GUYS AND SPECIALLY FRESHERS ITS MY REQUEST TO YOU, DON'T GO EVEN TO GIVE INTERVIEW." The above written all the comments are correct, i personally felt that and the company's infra is also not good and the name of the company is written inside the company on a small board and outside it is "qualsoft services". The HR (Sucheta) and the Project Lead (Santosh) can't even speak in english properly. and they have zero knowledge just show off in front of you. because whatever you speak at the time of interview is always incorrect for them. just to put you down (to convence you at the end). please guys dont join this company, god saved me seriously. Its my experience that i am sharing with you.
