Customer — Amount deducted but order not placed

Hello Sir,
This Rajvi (Advika) I had make payment on 9/8/22 amounting to RS.3775/- but order not placed.
So I called firstcry consumer care that day itself, person said if not placed order than you will receive your order other day itself. So I waited one day. Still not received so I dialed again . This time another person said that in December I had ordered something and returned so amount deducted from that purchase. But I never ordered or returned anything in December nor anything of same said amount. I am requesting you to please refund my amount 3775/- because order not placed only.
Secondly I am regular customer of firstcry.
You can check my last order history.
I Kindly request you to please see this matter on urgent basis. Or else I will file complaint in consumer cell.
