Customer — package lost by dtdc, not delivered to recipient address not returned to sender

Pathetic and unprofessional. Staff in sohna road, gurgaon office is a liar. Many emails written to dtdc to track my package but no one takes responsibility for the package, they are only opening and closing cases by email without any resolution. My package was sent more than 1mth ago to siliguri from gurgaon, till date no information about the package. Last time dtdc employees ate the food items that were shipped. This time clothes and no information about this till now.
Why did dtdc employee pick up a parcel from me for a no service area in siliguri. Now return my parcel and the money i paid for shipping.
