Customer — Product not received

Now I understand after seeing this all complaint. Frans I think it's a fraud, they want their payment by prepaid but they don't want to deliver the product or refund. Frans I've ordered the product my order no is 1139174 and the payment method was cash on delivery coz its first time I'm ordering so I just wanted to see the product first to trust that it's a real company it's been a month but product not delivered and my order cancelled their own not from my side. I email them many times but negetive response. Frans they want money and I'll pay definite but let me receive my product but no, then why they kept the option "cash on delivery". Anyway iis a fake company and if the company is real then pliz reply then only I can order again, thank you.
