Good day. I think i have already informed in detail about the issue and i had received a message instantly stating that your one of the team member would contact in person or on phone but so far no body turned and telephone and cell. I understand that corona is troubling all o[censored]s.
In spite of my request that i would certainly pay the amount of renewal for another six months but today a message made me to write to you ie., the net would be disconnected from tonight. Well, understanding the scenario may i ask you to wait till 31st march, 2020 as i have no objection to pay off the amount mentioned. The day i had contacted your good office and the lady at the reception assured that she would ask the concerned personnel to consider from november to october 2019 thereby giving time till april 30th 2020. Anyway we are interested in renewal with you. Therefore our request may be considered.
