Dear Sir,
I am V Hari Narayana, staying in the residence:
Flat no. B-301, Block-B, Jolly Residency,
Vesu, Surat-395007, Gujarat.
My TV Sanyo make was developed a snag, for that I approached your authorized service center on 23.08.2022.
Your technician Mr. Nayan visited my place and informed "Back light Inverter Band" of the TV was faulty and took for repair. The said TV repaired and brought back on 24.08.2022. It is informed that the work carried out has a guarantee for 1 (One) year.
The TV is not working from 08.10.2022. We are giving repeated complaints to your customer care since 08.10.2022, but no action till date. The operator(s) of the phone are not responding properly when the TV will be repaired.
The operators are not ready to give complaint registration no. also. After repeated requests they allotted complaint no. ASK22CSC/AG42SU. The bills given by you service center attached for your ready reference.
Request your kind attention at an earliest to get the same repaired at an earliest.
No response from your end till this time on repeated complaints made to the operators Ankita, Neha and Prerana.
