Placed an order on their website, made the payment online, got an order confirmation sms stating the order number is #2468 and that I will receive an sms when the order is shipped. Their site claims 3 days delivery all over India. It has been 11 days and the order hasn't even been shipped yet. There is no indian support number. Emailed their support 5 days ago, but no response there either. I google cutegirlcreations reviews and found out a lot of people are complaining about this website about order not delivered. This seems to be a fake website that just gathered all the money received from order in a couple weeks and just elope with the money. I don't think I am ever going to receive the order or a refund, but I do wish to see to it that others are not scammed by this website. Please ban this fake website. I also observed that previous complaints were pointed to the website https://cutegirlcreation.com/, whereas now this website points to https://cutegirlcreationaa.com/. I assume their original website was banned because of their scam so they shifted the site to a new domain with the extra "aa" in the end. Was this information helpful? |
