Cvboost — refund from cvboost - not happened for 3 months

I was contacted by cvboost (http://www.cvboost.in/index.aspx). they claimed to have obtained my contact details from shine.com and have the offer from a company in dubai and need to pay initially and would be refunded within a week. I have not got the money and it is more than 2 months. I have been contacting them almost every alternate day and every time they keep saying it would be done in 3 days.in each call they say they are part of the consulting department of shine.com and you can trust us for the refund. But it has not happened. Everytime the call is answered by a new person and they keep saying it is underprocess.

Last time they contacted me they promised the refund and all the actions were taken but they backtracked on the same and no one is in contact. It is worst ever company and shine being there promoters they share the responsibility even more.
