So this company has been bothering me for the last 10 days. They promised me a data entry job and so I sent them my photo and signature. After that I saw a lot of comments saying its fake. They didn't even send me a hiring letter and now they are claiming they have filed a case against me because I've breached their company policy. I wasn't even hired how do you expect me breach any norms when I haven't been hired at 1st place and secondly I haven't accepted any of their terms and conditions.
