I had done payment rs. 19900 on 10 july, they provided me the work, but on 14 july they closed their mobile number and didn't respond from their mail id, their website was closed on 15 july, after some days i checked website showing a notice that their website has been crashed, and they will fix that soon, but next day that msg was also deleted, now it is showing "404",
I complaint to mca they told me its not their issue, i called consumer forum, they told me to complain to labour court,
The main problem is that it was an mca registered company, you can also check the details of the company on http://www.mca.gov.in/mcafoportal/showCheckCompanyName.do
By searching this name - "cytel consulting india limited", it is still allocated and active, but who is responsible for this deed, government should take action against this as soon as possible..
