D A V Public School — Not returned full amount

My child got admission in dav public school safilguda.
Administrative department asked to deposit 70k .myself paid 70k in the form of DD.later on we are moving to another state for personal reasons.
Withdrawal request also given the administrative department said only 50 percent of the deposited will get .
even single day also my kid not attended the class.
