D-mart, Airport Branch — Could not response the managers and workers Complaint Regarding Poor Service and Billing Issues

I would like to raise a serious complaint regarding the poor customer service and billing issues at the D-Mart branch near Trichy Airport.

Firstly, there are serious bilking issues in the store. The prices displayed on the product shelves are different from the prices charged during billing. When customers question this mismatch, the staff responded very casually and irresponsibly, stating that the display prices have not been updated properly and that the amount shown in the billing system is the correct price. This kind of response is highly disappointing and misleading to customers. This creats confusion and inconvenience for customers and reflects poor maintenance of price displays.

Secondly, although there are approximately 15 billing counters are available in the store, but only around 4 or 5 counters are kept open most of the time. Because of this, customers are forced to wait in long queues for more than 30 minutes just for billing.

Customer's time is very important, but it appears that the store management does not value or consider the time of customers. Such poor management and lack of proper customer service create a very disappointing shopping experience.

Time is extremely valuable for customers, but it appears that D-Mart is not considering the value of customers’ time at all.

If you do not believe the complaints mentioned above, kindly verify the CCTV footage of the D-Mart Airport Branch and check the actual situation yourselves.
