Sir, i am smt. Dolli dey, my husband name is late tarak nath dey, he was worked in d.V.C. He expired on 2004, after that i received family pension in last 11 yrs, but in last 2 months i did not receive my pension. My sbi savings account number is [protected] in panchur rabindranagar branch. Ifsc dcode is sbin0001303, branch code 1303.
My ppono. Is 17012.
I submited my life certificate on 3rd november 2015, but my branch deny it and then onece again i submit one more time (Life certificate) on last month( april, 16). On that months pension and this month pension also i not received.
Please sir see the situation and take a valid action, i am in a bib trouble now, and my financial condition is very poor
