I ordered 3 products from dabble play art website for rs.1324. I have received the products on sep 29th. The products were damaged and few looked like used product and 2 cards were missing. I have stated the details and sent mail to the support team. After discussing all this they accepted the return. I paid 100 rs and shipped to the given address on oct 3 through india post. But after receiving the product they said it doesn't meet the quality test, so we will not provide refund. They are scamming people. Pls resolve this and arrange for refund . I have attached the order details and mail communication screenshot for your reference. I bought this for my 1.5 yrs old baby. But they cheated me. Was this information helpful? |
