Dahisar — Unconsented spa treatments

Dear Team,

Need your help.

I dined at 5 star hotel and seen cockroch around buffet, and blogged on site and media

They approched me so many times to the limit of Harrasment to remove the Reivews and visit them to address in person on Mail.

For compensation they gave me free spa treatment which was not consented or disclose saying it suits all skin types.

After that I am suffering skin damages.And allergies.

What should I do .

I approched management and there response is negative and they stick on same tht it suits all skins.i don't know what they used .

I don't even know what they used, I am suffering from muscular and severe joint pains with hives on several body parts.

Please help what is to be done.
