In My order no.43794 I had purchased the storage item bags as being shown in the image with the base trolley with order of 3 bags 3 bags were free for Rs.999, but the item received by me was totally different as it was small in size and no trolley was given to me nor the design of the item that was being shown with the front opening was not delivered instead some other designed item was delivered to me. I mailed the company my complaint under mail id shown in contact us icon as [protected ] [protected]@gmail.com but till date no response has been received from their side. I had requested to refund the amount that I paid for the item as I don't want this item that was delivered to me or exchange it with the item shown in the running advertisement.
The image of details of my purchase was also attached for reference in the mail to [protected]@gmail.com
The delivery tracing number is named as DELHIVERY tracking number : [protected]. and Order no. is #43794. Was this information helpful? |
