Hi All,
I have order a cake on 22nd of August and paid the extra amount for midnight delivery.
When the day came to deliver the order, I got a mail that your order is cancelled due to shortage of service and will get your refund amount within 10 -15 days. Now, its been more than 15 days but I didn't get any response from them and refund too.
There is no contact number to contact them and over the mail they are not responding.
Please find the attached screenshot of the transaction id and kindly take an action on this.
