I had ordered products on prepaid basis on 19th june. Every week they are giving some reasons and not shipping my order. I wanted a refund also. They are not processing the same. The call centre is also fake. And no one picks up. They just have some auto replies to mails. I am not the only one complaining. This company should be stopped operating asap.
