And they delivered wrong product which details are:

The product was defective and not working and its serial number also different from its device box.
There is no customer care number all they have is mere chatgpt agent I have written several messages to their ChatGPT customer agent but they are not active and there is no response from customer care agent just chatgpt is there which are all automated msgs and i also emailed them in their mail [protected]@dailydeals365.in but i did not got any response.
I am providing my unboxing video and device pics which is different from what i ordered and
Device serial number mismatched from its box.
Kindly take strict action against this fraud website looting the customers and help me get my refund of Rs 2490.00
