In reference to your advertisement published on second page at patna edition on 24.07.2018 referring "kitchen queen" patna in which dainik bhaskar is going to organise and present "kitchen queen patna" on upcoming 30th july, 2018 at patna.

With respect to the above matter, we m/s om sai entertainment pvt. Ltd. Do hereby oppose and condemn the above event named "kitchen queen patna" with immediate effect as we were already organising the contest event named "kitchen queen" contest across bihar, out of which we successfully organised the above contest in three districts of bihar such as samastipur, begusarai and vaishali. Our judges mr. Ritesh kumar chaudhary, member at world association of chefs society and mrs. Preeti bhalotia, food blogger already selected 10 participants out of 75 participants for grand finale which will be held in october in patna.

For the above kitchen queen contest, rajni group is our title sponsor alongwith sudha and citykart are the co-sponsors respectively.

In addition to this, we booked our advertisement in your dainik bhaskar newspaper on following dates and editions:
1. 17th may, 2018, dainik bhaskar (Samastipur bhaskar), muzaffarpur edition.
2. 14th june, 2018, dainik bhaskar (Begusari bhaskar), patna edition.
3. 20th july, 2018, dainik bhaskar (Hajipur bhaskar), patna edition.

It has been reported that your dainik bhaskar published the advertisement of "kitchen queen" patna on 24th july, 2018 at patna edition. It clearly shows that you have acted with an ulterior motive for a wrongful gain. Therefore, you have cheated our concept alongwith the title name "kitchen queen" for bihar and in result to this you are above acts amount to misconduct under the india penal code 499, 500 applicable to you.

Hence, you are hereby call upon your explanation within three (3) days from the date of receipt of this notice, why appropriate disciplinary and legal action cannot be taken against you for your misconducts.in case no reply is received within the stipulated time, strict action will be taken against you. And it will be presumed that you have no explanation to submit and further action will be initiated against you.
