There is a function in mohali phase 5, and still they are making so noise by their dj sound system. Its 11.40 now and according to system, anyone can't make open noisy function after 10 pm.. As a lay man govt not allowed anyone but why not anyone stopping a ias officer function. Even public can't sleep because of them and they misusing their power.
