It was about the event by an organization called PSI. Following are the errors: 1. instead of PSI, PDI is mentioned 2. Member Secretary, Women's commission was present in the event, her name is mentioned wrong - Its Amrita Chaudhary and instead Dr Meeta Singh is written 3.
