Sir, I being the citizen of this country want to show u the face of the indian railways. One side u say about the high speed trains in India but the condition of normal train is very bad in India. One can understand the train are delayed in winters due to fog but the same happens in summers also the trains are delayed by 3-4 and more even in condition of good visibility. One side u compare indian railways with international railways n all...bt we are so far even to approach them they are always travelling in right time with clock but in our country it never happens. The most worst conditions is of local, memo trains n passenger trains running from jst one city to another generally developed for service class people which help them to reach office on time. These trains are those trains for which seprate lines are developed but these trains are stopped and other trains are given pass so due to which these trains inspite of reaching at scheduled time never reaches their sheduled time. They never follows scheduled time of arrival n departure due to which their is lot of inconvinence is caused to service class people. For eg. I[censored] take a case of trains of kanpur to Lucknow the memo trains from Lucknow to kanpur are never running on sheduled time. Due to this slow, late and irregular work there is much loss to economy of our country and also retard the growth of our country. Because the transport is lifeline of the economy if it will not grow fast and in systematic manner our economy would never grow. Please take early action in this matter n pls send this complain to the req department so this can be solved. Thanks

This is to bring to your notice that the mother's day competition started by you is now gaining illegal votes. This competition is supposed to be closed by 10th of May but it is still going on and moreover I called at the office soo many times just to enquire the closure dates but no reply from your side . Such a careless and ridiculous attitude. This competition has crossed all its limits, people are now getting illegal votes, just check the number of votes, they are gaining around 1000 of votes in just an hour and the limit has crossed over 29, 000 in three days . need to check on the in discrepancies going around.

But due to mistake the age of the person print in the add 22 instead of 32, This add is publish by Mr. Jagdeep who has the Danic jagarn agency in Haldwani.(Nainital). When i saw the add on[protected] i was shocked because my age was 22 instead of 32. I juast called to Mr. Jagdeep they said its just a printing mistake and your add will publish in next week addition with correction of your age. But still he just giving me the fake assurance. Misleading information provided in an article in "ranchi jagran city" dated 23.04.15 page 1 w.r.t. aquarium fishes. As per the article and the interview many fishes are from Chinese origin which is wrong. The article also mentions of fish keeping in bowl which is not a correct way of keeping fish according to knowledable hobbyists and experts, keeping fish in bowl is unethical. Regarding prices, it should have been verified from importers who distribute throughout India. The pic and the name of arowana doesn't match, what is said in the article pic as ordinary arowana is a "premium quality golden cross back". Please verify the facts before publishing.

I went to the shop(Vipul Stationers) to purchase the books of my younger sister of class 7th s.k.d. Academy Inter College, the guy on the counter was rude and was not listening me initially because I wanted to puchase only books and not copies and also when I asked him to remove 3 books from the set as I a lready have that so he said it is not possible, you have to purchase all the books and upon my reafusal he said you can talk to the contractor. then after I asked to show atleast books, he showed and given me bill and unfortunately I was having only 2000rs. and the bill was of 2184/rs.- so he didn't help me anyway and asked me to come back with 184rs., again upon my refusal and agression becasue already I was purchasing extra books because I was bounded, he said which books you don't want, I told him and he deducted the amount and given me bill of 2141rs, after this I have got more 100rs. with me and I again asked him for some option because I really was not willing to go back to home and come again because of just 41rs., I was looking for either removal of any book to make the bill under my budget or allow me to give this extra money to him next day. but as he didn't give me any option and asked me to leave the books set and come back with full amount, I am extremely disapointed and want an strict action to be taken against him. I hope the right judgement in this case.

In the Dainik Jagran Newspaper( Hindi Newspaper), dated 25 february 2015, on page no 9, there is a column named jagran josh, here under heading "THINK BIG ACHEIVE BIG" some information is given regarding various management entrance exams. I want to inform you that you have given wrong information regarding CAT entrance exam. what is written about its paper and question is old CAT pattern . Now pattern has been changed. 30-30 questions( Total 60 questions) to each section and 70 -70 minutes (Total 140 minutes) to each section was old CAT pattern .NOW, its 50-50 questions ( Total 100 questions ) to each section with total 170 minutes ( 2 hours and 50 minutes) is new CAT exam pattern introduced from CAT 2014 exam. It is my request do not give any wrong or incomplete information on such a well known, good and reputated management entrance exam or on any other exam. You will misguide students with wrong information.

Hi, I have read e-paper of Kanpur dated 3rd February, 2015. The "Arth" page talks about sukanya samridhi account which says deductions of it will be allowed u/s 80G. Are you sure about it or it is some printing mistake. I thought that deduction for sukanya samridhi account was U/s 80C.

Dear Sir/Madam Enclosed News report was published in Dainik Jagran Faridabad city regarding alleged sale of plot of Mr. Khem Chand in Anaj Mandi Ballabhgarh (Residents of Mahavir colony Ballabhgarh) by applicant Yograj Singh and wife of applicant but till date no inquiry has been made from applicant regarding so called fictitious sale by using fraud documents. As the complainant in News item is also engaged in other legal case with applicant and his family. sir, dainik jagran reporter Mr. Vikash ( Teghra, Begusarai (Bihar), Pin Code-851133) always asking money or other facility for publishing any news. He always try to make news sensitive which other papers are not giving any importance. Due to this the credibility of your newspaper is going down day by day. I request you to look in to this matter.

I have yet not received the item ordered on Snapdeal, the original date of delivery being 24th Dec 2014, & revised delayed date of delivery being 30th Dec 2014. Today when I contacted Gojavas, courier partner of Snapdeal, I was informed that due to some sales tax issues the order is held, & yet not dispatched from Delhi to Lucknow, & the same shall not be dispatched until the sales tax issue gets resolved on part of Snapdeal. Prima facie, the Snapdeal company being the defaulter in this case, why should the customer suffer. I have already made advance payment. This is again requested to yourselves to immediately refund my payment, else I am going to sue Snapdeal in court of law. Now the things are clear, & I do not understand why yourselves are not refunding the payment . This is in reference to Complaint Number[protected]. I had received a call from Mr. Sachin (Snapdeal Executive) on 27-dec-2014 at 01:10 PM & on 29-Dec-2014 at 12:12 PM from [protected] & [protected] respectively. I was assured by yourselves (Sachin from Snapdeal) on 27 Dec 2014 that the issue will be resolved within 24 hours. But the same did not happen. I received a call again from him today, the 29th Dec 2014 giving the same words that the issue will get resolved by today's evening, I was also assured by yourselves (Sachin from Snapdeal) that I shall be given a fresh invoice bearing date of actual delivery to the customer . PLs note: 1). Clearly mention whether or Not yourselves will issue invoice of the date of actual delivery (whenever the product gets delivered) .If yourselves cannot issue the invoice dated as said above, I shall not accept the delivery. Pls update the status of my complain & the above confirmation sought by me, in writing on my email :[protected]@gmail.com, by today's evening, by 06:00 PM. It was informed that the product shall be delivered within 4 to 6 working days of placing the order. 2. The maximum due date by which product shall be positively delivered was promised on 24-dec-2014. (After 7 days). However, i did not receive the product till date, i.e. 26-dec-2014. I tried to contact GO JAVAS, the courier partner of snapdeal, but they do not have any idea as to where the item is lying. I tried contacting SNAPDEAL several times & even emailed to them regarding the delivery of the order, but did not get any satisfactory reply. 1. I requested them to provide me with the rule/terms & conditions of SNAPDEAl Company where there is delay in delivering the product, but they did not provide the same. 2. I requested them to cancel the order (since the same cannot be delivered upto the agreed date) & refund the money. But i was told the same cannot be cancelled & money cannot be refunded .it shall be refunded only when the courier company comes to deliver, & customer refuses to accept the delivery & the product reaches them back. But this will take at least a month time to get the refund. 3. Due to such delay in delivery, the end customer using the product shall be facing loss of warranty (from date of placing the order to date of actual delivery to customer). 4. Alternatively i requested them to issue me the invoice of the date on which it gets delivered to the customer to prevent warranty loss due to such delay. But the company denied doing this. Due to company’s carelessness, negligence, and irresponsive behavior, I have faced a huge inconvenience. Damaged Occured: I have made payment in advance. This has resulted in blockage of my money.I cannot buy from any other place but to wait for the product to be delivered. I am in urgent need of a new mobile handset. Smartphone being so important these days, due to such delay in delivery on part of Snapdeal, my professional work & personal life is being affected, & Iam put into huge inconvenience. Relief Sought: Since the product has yet not been delivered by the promised date. I want: 1. Immediate delivery of the product without further delay along AND Invoice to be dated not before the date of actual delivery to prevent loss of warranty period. Or, 2. The person present at the advertisement section who introduced himself as ajay kumar said that because you are booking the advertisement from bhagalpur office, the charges will be much higher, and charged a a total sum of Rs.14256/00 ( fourteen thousand two hundred and fifty six ), of which Rs. 9072 were charged for publication in Ranchi Edition and Rs. 5184 were charged for Bokaro edition . My lawyer said that the charges were too high to be true . When i came back home, I visited your web site and was shocked to find the difference between the actual charges and the charges which i was made to pay at your bhagalpur office .
