I have ordered a necklace online. It didn't fit my neck — the length was too short. So I tried contacting the brand. No customer support. Emailed them — no response. After multiple follow-ups on Instagram, they finally replied and said: 'just attach a rope to extend it.'
Here's the problem:
The product page had no length or size specifications mentioned anywhere. No mention that a rope needs to be attached. And the product images don't show any rope at the back either.
The necklace has a hook on one side and a ring on the other — which is a standard clasp closure. AndAnd this necklace isn't even listed in the kids' section — so 'it's standard size' doesn't hold up either. Standard for whom exactly? Their return policy? Only for damaged products. But wait — the stones falling off? Apparently, that doesn't count as damage either.
So to summarize:
No size info on the listing
No mention of needing a rope
No rope shown in images
Not a kids' product
Stones falling off isn't 'damage' Was this information helpful? |
