[Resolved]  Daksh Enterprises — Daksh Enterprises And Sanish Enterprises Sanjay Nagpal- doing fraud

this himanshu girdhar is not a good person.
people think we are running a company for 2k .we will not spoil our reputation.
this guy approached us for transfer his documents we agreed for 4150 rs.he said ok I will pay u take 2000 rs adv. and rest will pay later u start doing it. we said ok in 2000 k we have provided him 950 rs receipt of govt rest amount was gst 18 % and service.we have also collected paper from his house in Gurgaon.we are operating from west delhi and ghaziabad. we provide provide service in Delhi ncr, .etc after preparing all docs and legal papers and completed 70% of work. we asked him rest amount as per commitment he refused to pay..we said when u will pay in full than only we will proceed further will complete your 30 percent work. he refused and said I will not pay more than 2k. if you will not close I will file a complaint in consumer complaint.we said him don't blackmail us whatever you want to do u do. now he is pressuring us to complete in 2000. but we refused we will not do..
we have more than 1000 satisfied customers if somebody wants to talk them we will share there u all guys call them and ask. this guy is fraud misusing government laws. please take appropriate action against him.

we have also approached wipro. he is a staff of wipro working in greater noida branch..
I had spoken to his seniors and filed a complaint through LinkedIn and tweeter..I said them please stop this guy for 2k he is spoiling our business. how wipro can keep cheap staff like him. he is misusing government norms.
if someone us filing complaint against any one it should be correct not fake..this guy is blackmailing me. and pressuring me by sharing his fake file complaint..
please look into this. and help us..

he is doing r and d as he has mentioned above. Sanish enterprises is not my firm it is running my known people which was registered in ghaziabad.
my firm is registered in Delhi. kirti nagar and greater kailash we have a office..we have all the proof..which we can show as per requirement from legal team.we are filing gst paying tax to the government every month.

nothing is fake in company names daksh enterprises is registered in government.
please do check that..gst certificate available with us..registered in Delhi.
sanish enterprises was also registered but it was registered in ghaziabad and it was running from my known peoples they also have registration proof. will show as per requirement from government officials.
if some one is making false complaints against any registered firm. if we can proof how much lies he has mentioned above than what action government will take against himanshu liar girdhar.
please let us know that also.

this fake himanshu girdhar asked me for invoice I said ok I'll give u. but he said me provide me invoice of that date when I gave u money..I said how can we provide you full amount bill. you had paid us advance 2000 rs. I can give u advance slip for that date.
invoice will give you only when u will pay us full. than also he started blackmailing me. provide me bill but I said will provide you invoice for current date. when u had paid me in August for that we only give advance slip.

problem sorted there was miscommunication between himanshu and daksh enterprises
