We would like to inform you that you are the Licensory Time Share Member of our ‘Temple Valley Resort’ Tirupati since 08 September 1994 (your own Unitweek is the 52th week commencing from 06 June to 09 June at ‘Temple Valley Resort’ Tirupati). We would like to tell you that presently we have our own resorts in Goa and Tirupati and also we have Tie ups destination in Mussoorie Shimla, Manali, Chail, Mount Abu, Udaipur, Jaipur, Jodhpur, Kodaikanal, Matheran and Munnar. We are enclosing a copy of account statement o[censored]npaid dues of Annual Maintenance Charges along with interest which is being sent for your perusal and for necessary action. 4. Without prejudice, we have to inform you that the annual maintenance charges have been levied since January 2007 the same information was sent to you through courier DTDC vide Consignment note no.Z52363694 the same was delivered on 23 April 2007. A sum of Rs. 3500/- per annum, for the year 2007 to 2013 along with interest of 18% annually is due and payable by you. Your Annual Maintenance Charges of 2007 to 2013, the sum total amount to Rs.37, 730/- which stands due and payable by you to Dalmia Resorts International Pvt. Ltd. Otherwise as per the letter you will fall under the clause of Termination & Cancellation. 5. Please insure that the AMC dues are paid annually before commencement of your week to enable you to enjoy your Vacation. For your understanding the extracts of the Agreement are being reproduced for your ready reference:- OBLIGATION OF THE VACATION OWNER “The Vacation Owner hereby agrees and undertakes that he will abide by the terms of this Agreement, Bye-laws/Rules and Regulations applicable to the Resort. “The Vacation Owner shall pay the applicable charges/prices decided by DRI from time to time towards the amenities. “The Vacation Owner shall not be entitled to exercise his rights hereunder until all the dues are so recovered by DRI and in case DRI is unable to recover its said dues for any reason including the reason of its non-utilization of the Unitweek, within a period of 3 years, DRI shall be entitled to dispose of the said Unitweek, in the manner referred to in clause-10 hereof and thereupon the consequence referred to in the said clause shall follow”. Please Note that “All the said facilities are subject to availability, payment of all pending/other charges, and subject to such terms, conditions, rules and regulations, modifications, changes etc. as DRI may determine from time to time.” The consequences of which may attract clause 10 of the Agreement which reads as:- TERMINATION/CANCELLATION In the event of any breach of any / all provisions of this Agreement by the Vacation Owner, the Company/DRI may cancel the said allotment at any time and terminate this Agreement without assigning any reason and without any liability whatsoever to the Vacation Owner and / or any third person, firm or body corporate claiming through under or in trust for the Vacation Owner. And in such an event, the Company/DRI shall become entitled to, inter alia, use Vacation Timeshare for the purposes of recovery of the dues, if any, owed by the Vacation Owner to DRI / the Company. In such a case after the recovery of all such dues, the excess, if any, shall be paid to the Vacation Owner. In addition, the Company / DRI shall become entitled to dispose of the Vacation Timeshare in such manner and on such terms as the Company / DRI may deem fit. DRI shall thereupon deduct from the proceeds of sale all the dues, if any, owed by the Vacation Owner towards the Company / DRI and pay the balance if any, to the Vacation Owner. In case the Company so disposes of the Vacation Timeshare, the Company shall pay to DRI its /their dues and pay the balance, if any, to the Vacation Owner. Notwithstanding the aforesaid, the Vacation Owner shall continue to be liable for all dues owed by the Vacation Owner to DRI which dues the Company or as the case may be DRI is unable to recover from the said proceeds. As per your records you send letter on 23 April 2007, send its acknowledgement sheet, who received this letter and on which date it has been received, you know courier is not legalised medium for communication of any kind, have you send any registered post, send details. Also, after 23rd April 2007, please send any legal notice or summons to show that you have asked for the Annual Maintenance Charges from Client and he refused the same to do so after 2007 to 2014. Also, as per your terms there will be no extra charges whatsoever it may be as the membership is for Lifetime Membership on One Time Payment and there will be no hidden or Maintenance charges as your membership was on terms & prejudice that to cover the future inflations of holidays. Send me your Complete Terms & Conditions on Date 08 Sep 1994 with your stamp and sign on same. You cannot just add maintenance charges or other hidden charges if it was not agreed at time of contract. Dalmia Resorts are indeed big cheats.Information that some Congress members are involved confirms it since the entire party has looted this country and want to continue doing this .These Congress netas should be sent to troubled area for them to learn their lessons.
I had membership of this resort but did not use it at all.For a long time they were missing and I was informed that the resort has become defunct.Suddenly one day I got a call asking me to revive the membership and demanded some AMC charges.I ignored it since I did not want to loose further money.
I regret that I was foolish to get trapped into such establishments.

Let present govt catch this fraudulent company and take necessary action to refund the money with interest they looted and minted wealth & money from hard earn income of Indians.
It is a 3rd class resort. dont go there. they just fraud people. they dont know how to deal with there clients. They should shut down.
