On monthly bill the name : damodar devram bhayani
Address: 62, floor - grd-plot-362, 62, 63, mangaldas market, shamaldas gandhi marg, 4th lane, kalbadevi, mumbai 400 002
We want to change billing name and address becouse of that person mr damodar devram bhayani no more now, we attaching his death certificate also.
The above mentioned name & address has some words correction and need to update old database as follows,
New billing name : shree krishna textiles
