I am A. Hymavathi, I am an existing customer in one freedom Dani Services. Actually I have a due Rs.1260. I cleared My due on 5th May at 4:55 PM by the mode of payment Phone Pay. Actually I pay and also cancelled my subscription plan but the app additional subscription fee Rs.590 added sir on May 7th. If incase the app showed ur due is cleared I also cancelled my subscription. But pls resolve my problem as early as possible this transaction happened almost 6 days are done.
