Key Complaint Points Against Darain Travel
- Agreement Terms Violated
- We signed an agreement stating ₹3, 50, 000 would be paid only upon successful completion of the Russia work permit process.
- Despite this, Darain Travel demanded ₹50, 000 in advance.
- Failed Program and Delayed Alternatives
- The Russia work permit program was unsuccessful.
- The deputy manager Chaahat promised to apply for other vacancies, but the process was also getting delayed- dragged on for over 5 months without progress. So I asked for the refund and cancel the process.
- Refund Request and Cancellation Clause
- As per the agreement, we requested a refund, which allows withdrawal at any time with only ₹7, 000 deducted as cancellation fee.
- Darain Travel delayed sharing the cancellation form despite repeated follow-ups.
- Partial Refund Without Notice
- The cancellation form stated the refund would be processed within 10 days.
- We received less than half the amount, without prior communication or justification.
- False Claims and Evasive Behavior
- After complaints, we were told it’s “company policy” to refund half initially—this was never mentioned in the agreement.
- The deputy manager failed to provide clear answers and kept delaying the refund.
- Lack of Accountability and Transparency
- Mr. Abdullah Khan, a senior figure, is unreachable.
- His contact details are being deliberately withheld, and the team is avoiding responsibility.
- Pattern of Exploitation
- This appears to be a recurring issue affecting multiple job seekers.
- Their actions risk serious emotional and financial harm to vulnerable individuals and families.
