Darcl Logistics had been assigned for only transportation of my household good from Assam to West Bengal. They have been informed about my consignment date and details as well earlier. But as on date of consignment I followed they during the whole day and they assured me that vehicle would load and dispatch that night. Due to NO entry of traffic of the city vehicle are allowed to enter after 9:00 PM. I had planned to load my goods as per that but suddenly they changed their word and told me vehicle would come next morning which would cost me as I had fixed some labour for loading my goods that night.
They kept their mobile phone switched off after giving msg.
darcl logistics is such kind of Transporter which does not provide packing facility. So I had to hire labour from out side and for packing too.
I got remained in pressure due to dealing with two parties like transporter and packers.
As a moral I found their character as layman and they are not bound to their words.
