Darshan Gas Service — Darshan Gas Agency cheating HP & Their consumers showing delivery done they might be selling those cylinders as black marketting

I have done cylinder refill booking ( no .[protected] ) with Darshan Gas Agency on 30th July 2025 but till date they have not delivered same to my house.
When I checked on the HP gas portal it is showing they have delivered the gas cylinder on 31st July 2025 which is not the case.
Darshan Gas Agency, Kalwa Cheating HP & their consumers.
Without getting delivery code how they can show that cylinder is been delivered.
I am raising this compliant because I have done the booking with prepayment.
