I have given 3 artical for stitching after 1 hour of dicsussion of design with once of their designer named as gunjan mehra on 1st october 2017 and she confirmed me the delivery by 14th october 2017 however they sent as sms on 13th october stating that the product is taking more time to get prepared and will be delivered to me by 16th october now.
And on top of that the so called designer called me on 14th october saying that 1 of my artical is not stiched due to design and piece mismatch which she called and check after 14 days. Eventualy i had to ask her to return the artical back to me.
Not i have no information about anything, they dont even bother to call & inform.
I have been chasing since last friday about my product and designer & customer care are rerouting me to each other, nobody has an update/
Very unprofessional, unskilled desigen and poor customer service.
