Data Entry Work Solutions — Fraud company took 1999 and now not refunding

Fraud company called as data entry work solutions earlier known as way to win dat a solutions promised you give me job ic i submit registration amount of 1999/-. I was a fool didn't check the reviews znd gave them money and now they are not refunding my money. After i called many times they confirmed that on 13th by 2 pm they will return.. Again they are saying a lie that they have transferred but i didn't get anything. Pls suggest where to complain so that i can get money back.. The person who called me first was jaiprakash then raj singh and last one was # anand.. Itne jhooth koi kaise bol sakta hai..
