I enrolled in a data science course with the Data Trained website in December 2022 and paid Rs. 1, 55, 000 through monthly EMIs of Rs. 4, 036 via a loan from Techfino Capital. Despite completing all payments, I never received the promised degree or certification from Data Trained. Additionally, the job placement assurance provided at the time of enrollment was never fulfilled.Soon after, all communication channels with Data Trained stopped working their email IDs and phone numbers became inactive. Through
information from Techfino, I found their bank details and PAN card, but the
course providers have seemingly absconded. This has left me deeply
distressed, financially burdened, and unemployed despite the investment and
loan payments I made relying on their job assurance.The fraudulent behavior,
failure to provide the promised educational certification, and breach of
contractual job placement commitments have severely impacted my livelihood
and mental health. I request a thorough investigation into this identity and
financial fraud, assistance in tracking down the absconded perpetrators, and
protection from further financial harm.
