My client JYOTI MAAN resident of Kurukshetra (haryana) applied for home based Handwriting Job- "WORK FROM HOME NOVEL WRITING" with respective to the advertisement on OLX dated 8 feb 2022. Post discussion with the company representative She was offered 10, 000 rupees weekly for writing novel . On call they asked her to pay total Rs. 1600/- as Security deposit . My client trusting the company representative made a payment of Rs. 1600/- on 8th FEBRUARY 2022 in good faith and with bonafide intention through phone pay to the number [protected] which is registered on DATA MARK SOLUTIONS. the transaction id for the payment made is T2202082214467983082989. She completed the NOVEL writing job within alloted time and as per the instructuins given by the company representative. Now the company has refused to accept her work and pay the incentive of Rs 10, 000 nor they are refunding the security deposit of Rs.1600 deposited by my client Jyoti Maan. PROOF OF PAYMENT ATTACHED HEREWITH.
in the light of above mentioned grievance hereby it is prayed that the salary of Rs 10, 000 be given to my client along with the interest along with such other damages as the consumer forum thinks fit.
