Dattatreya Ladies Pg — Insecurity, unhygienic food and abusive behaviour of owner

I am staying in this pg called Dattatreya ladies pg, AECS layout A block, Brookfield where there is no security for girls, very unhygienic food and a owner and worker with abusive behaviour. He took 14.5k as a security deposit and said will be deducting 2k. When I politely said that I have issues with these problems he said that don't spread ### here and started shouting and abusing me.
