Daulatpura Toll Plaza Pinkcity Express — Monthly pass not working

I have an active monthly pass for my vehicle no. RJ45 CM 2794 till 30/6/2022. Still my account is being debited when I cross the toll. Official at toll plaza says the system fault is there and not able to help. Please resolve the issue as it is illegally debiting my account. Thanks.
