I have ordered 3 items out of which 2 are supposed to have been already delivered, as of date it has not been delivered. When calling the customer service they only give assurances, but there no action of the same.
Sd card - this items was to be delivered on sunday, until now it has not been delivered
Phone - was supposed to be delivered by yesterday 24th as of no calls from the delivery agent.
Audio cable - the delivery date is for the 26th, here too there will be a delay in delivery - but natural
You do say expected date of delivery will be xx/xx/xxxx, when you do this u need to match the date and have the item delivered.
For the sd card i did call to ask for delivery of the product, and was told that they will try to deliver this yesterday, but until now there is no new or update of the same.
Delivery volumes may be high, that is not an excuse to delay the delivery of my products.
The stress u cause me and the time wasted to call you, needs to be compensated, how u do that is up to you.
