Complaint marked as Resolved Products have finally been received by us after more than a month.
All units in package are in working condition.
I would suggest the company not to make false promises of 3 day shipping, etc. and be honest with your customers about shipping time and estimated delivery.
As for future customers, please keep some time in your hand before placing orders.
As per invoice received on payment, products were supposed to be shipped by them within 3 days of payment.
It has been over 41
days now but no shipment has been made by them yet.
Every time we call they give bogus excuses.
