Davv Indore — duplicate worksheet

Applied for duplicate marksheet through offline mode from university of my sister for bachelor's of computer science from school of computer science and information technology, davv, indore for 5th (2012) and 6th (2013) semester duplicate marksheet on 02/08 but not provided to me till now. Everyday i i call them and there is no satisfactory response to me. I'm urgent need of marksheet. I have also applied for the same marksheet on 30th april by online mode also and no response received till now.
