I am writing to file a complaint against DAWNTOWN FASHION PVT LTD(https://dawntown.co.in/) for failure to deliver a product that I ordered online and for not initiating a refund despite repeated requests. On 31st March 2026, I placed an order for Seiko Mod Nautilus (Open Heart) Chocolate Rose Gold through online website (https://dawntown.co.in) bearing Order ID DT18302OD. However, even after more than three weeks have passed, the product has not been delivered. I have contacted the customer support team multiple times through email/Instagram, but I have not received any response or resolution. This delay and lack of accountability have caused me inconvenience and financial loss. As per consumer rights and fair trade practices, I request the following: Immediate refund of the full amount Compensation for the inconvenience caused due to the delay. I have attached copies of the order confirmation, payment receipt, and communication records for your reference.
