I ordered a product from the page DB Kerala Saress and paid online. The stuff arrived on Monday, August 16. However, it was not the product I had requested. I purchased a ready-to-wear saree with certain measurements, but they sent me a regular saree. The saree amount is 1299 rupees. I asked them about it, and they said they'd get back to me soon." There has been no response since then. I called them multiple times. but they declined my calls too. I'm reporting this since no other person or customer has ever had this problem. They made a mistake; they never try to admit it, then they avoid my messages and have also blocked me from their Instagram page. Because I had no other option, I used that saree today for my function. They completely ruined my day. I kindly request that to take action against them for the sake of other customers . I was deceived.
