Dbcdo Office, Medchal-malkajigiri — Urgent Appeal for Full Fee Reimbursement money disbursement to college

I am complaining to express my deep concern and seek your prompt assistance regarding the pending scholarship disbursement, so that I will get all of my certificates from Engineering college.

My name is Meda Chandana Reddy, a student of the[protected] batch at VNR Vignana Jyothi Institute of Engineering and Technology. I have been diligently following up on the status of my scholarship application (Application No:[protected] for full fee reimbursement, which was submitted in accordance with the guidelines for the academic year of[protected].

Upon checking the online portal, I have observed that my scholarship application status remains pending at the District Officer for Sanction for final year.Only for the first year, full fee is credited to my college. For second and third year only 35000 were credited to the college and disbursement process of other 96000 for those years are not yet started. The UID (RASF) Verification has been completed, and the Bank Account Confirmation has been carried out by the District Officer.

Furthermore, I have been facing challenges in obtaining my academic certificates from the college due to the outstanding balance of the scholarship. This situation has become a significant obstacle for my aspirations to pursue further studies abroad, specifically for my master's education. The total amount owed to the college for full fee reimbursement has not been credited, impeding my ability to fulfill the required financial obligations and meet the criteria for obtaining my certificates.
