I have ordered dhavani on Thursday. Full payment has been done. Not yet received the product. It takes only maximum one day to reach my place from Chennai.I asked for tracking details and shipment details but no response. Also today called them on their contact number a lot but no response. When she was on online I called her a lot in WhatsApp but didn't responded. Before ordering the product, they were so active in responding. But once the order is done, we won't get any response from them for any questions. Such a bad customer dealing from their side. Atleast they should show some respect to the customer..
