I had placed an order for five books through the DC Books online store on March 3, 2025. However, one of the books was not delivered. Upon contacting customer care, I was advised to place a replacement order, which I did on March 21, 2025.

Since then, I have been regularly following up with your team, but the book has still not been delivered. Each time I contact customer care, I am assured that the book will be dispatched “today, ” but no further action has been taken. This repeated delay and lack of clear communication have caused significant inconvenience.
