I booked DD Packers and Movers Madurai (https://ddpackersmovers.com/contactus.php) for shifting from Bangalore on 9.12.2023 for Rs.17000 and I gave Rs.2000 as advance. Five days before shifting date Sabari who is the owner called me and asked to transfer Rs.3000 more and he said it will be adjusted in final bill. By trusting him and the past Google reviews, I transferred the amount. He gave bill for that also and I have attached the same for your reference.
Just one day before shifting, he again called me and threatened that I have to transfer Rs.1000 more otherwise he won't come and collect the things. Without any option, I transferred it. But on shifting date he didn't come and phone was not reachable. After multiple attempts, he received call and talked rudely. Till now I didn't get back my amount and I have lost Rs.6000.
Could you please help me in getting back my amount ?
